Once the exterior was in top shape, we moved inside to tackle the interior renovations. One of the first tasks was building new basement steps, ensuring safe and convenient access to the basement area. Although we don't have a photo of this part, it was a crucial improvement for the home's functionality. We then prepped the subfloor, sanding down any high spots and securing loose nails to create a smooth surface for the new flooring. A moisture barrier underlayment was installed to protect against dampness, and we laid down grey vinyl luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house. This choice not only looks great but is also durable and easy to maintain.

The interior updates continued with the installation of new doors throughout the house, enhancing privacy and style. In the kitchen, we installed all the cabinets and sinks, significantly improving both functionality and aesthetics. The highlight of the kitchen renovation was the installation of butcher block countertops. For the island, we used two wood slabs that were biscuit jointed and glued together, creating a stunning and unique centerpiece.

To finish off the renovation, we installed all new trim, including baseboards, door trim, and window trim, giving the home a cohesive and polished look. Although we also installed vanities and completed other smaller tasks, these elements were not photographed and are not detailed here. However, each step of the renovation was executed with the same level of care and precision, ensuring high-quality results throughout.
